How to Verify VCC Forms in Your Book of Business
1. Go to the My Humana Business Center
Click “View All Customers.”
2. Open the Reports Section
Select “Reports.”
Then open the “Consumer Insights” dropdown and choose “Pending VCC Form.”
A list of members needing verification may appear on the right.
3. Review Member Statuses
The report will show members who may still need to submit their VCC form.
Statuses may include:
Letter Sent (LS): Form sent to the member
Not Eligible (NE): Invalid or incorrect condition selected
Incomplete (IN): Missing condition or missing provider signature
Letter Term (LT): 30‑day termination warning sent
4. Track Members by Enrollment Month
Current: 1st month of enrollment
Previous: 2nd month of enrollment
Future: Enrolled for a future effective date
