Here’s a refresher on the definitions of potential contracting statuses. Please contact contracting with any questions you might have.

| ACTIVE | Carrier has reported the agent has completed contracting and certification requirements. |
| AWAITING CONTRACTING LINK | Fidelis is waiting for the carrier to issue a contracting link to be sent to the agent. |
| BOOK OF BUSINESS TRANSFER | Agent/Agency is in the process of transferring their business to another Agent/Agency. |
| CERTIFICATION PENDING | Agent needs to complete certifications. |
| CONTRACT REQUESTED | A request has been made for a contract to be sent to the agent. |
| DENIED | Agent or Agency’s contract has been denied by the carrier for non specified reason. (The carrier should have sent a letter to the Agent/Agency.) |
| DID NOT RECERTIFY | Agent or Agency Principal chose not to recertifiy with the carrier for the current plan year. |
| FAILED TO CERTIFY | Agent or Agency Principal did not complete the certifications for the plan year in order for contract to be active. |
