This partnership marks another important step in expanding access to high-quality, coordinated care for your clients. Together, SCAN and Banner Health are bringing more provider choices and better access to trusted, local care.
Banner Health offers a broad network of facilities and specialists across Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties. You can find Banner Health Specialists and Facilities in SCAN’s Provider Look Up Tool beginning November 1, 2026.
Pkan Acceptance: Banner Health will accept the following SCAN plans in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties.

Note: Although Banner Health accepts Embrace and Embrace Together, these plans are not available for brokers to sell.
